Global Technology Innovator: Active Isolation Pioneer

Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Global Technology Owner to spearhead our active isolation and purification efforts. This role involves driving technology development, scouting innovation, and standardizing unit operations to enhance efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technology development across biotechnology applications of active isolation and purification technologies.
  • Responsible for technology scouting, including pilot assessments in- and outside our industry.
  • Evaluate business attractiveness and lead stakeholder network approval.
  • Owning global technology standardization of unit operations and best practices.
  • Provides URS for new line installations and actively participates in Capex projects.
  • Fuels continuous improvement of processes and technologies in the plants.

Salary: Based on your experience, we offer a competitive salary ranging from € 95,000 to € 130,000 per year (full-time), including holiday allowance and 13th month, plus extra benefits.

Requirements:

  • Masters in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or Food Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including technology scale-ups.
  • Proven experience in technology development, scale-up, and large-scale implementation.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; leadership skills with ability to build relationships in cross-functional and remote setups.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
