Job Description

As a Test and Verification Engineer at Trinamics Beheer B.V., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement reproducible and maintainable electronic test methods for elements, subsystem integration, and functional and non-functional tests. This involves working closely with the development team to create smart, cost-effective test designs that meet timing, quality, and location requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test methods for product verification and validation.
  • Collaborate with the development team to design and document test procedures.
  • Conduct tests and measurements, analyze data, and report results.
  • Provide technical documentation and support to ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable medical device regulations and standards.
  • Lead and support problem-solving activities to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Mentor and support team members in developing test methods and utilizing test equipment.

Requirements
  • Technical background in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or a comparable subject.
  • 2+ years of experience in R&D with a solid understanding of the design verification process.
  • 3+ years in a mechanical test laboratory, including experience in designing, documenting, and executing test methods.
  • Proficiency in MSA methodology/test method validation, statistical techniques, and creating high-quality technical documentation.
  • Understanding of the development process and testing of medical devices, as well as knowledge of plastic and metal mechanical constructions with mass manufacturability aspects.
  • Strong analytical skills, careful data analysis, effective research, creative thinking, and efficient problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and strong social skills for working with colleagues from various disciplines.
