Lead System Verification and Validation

Becoming a part of BD Kiestra means being part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of healthcare. As a Lead System Verification and Validation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our medical devices.

About the Role

The Lead System Verification and Validation will be responsible for developing and implementing verification and validation strategies for our systems, ensuring compliance with medical device regulations. This role will also involve mentoring and guiding associates in the department to ensure project success and support their individual career development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement system V&V plans and strategies
  • Ensure compliance with medical device regulations
  • Mentor and guide associates in the department
  • Support project success and individual career development
  • Collaborate with project leads, test engineers, developers, and functional analysts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in verification and validation, preferably in a medical device, pharma, or biotech environment
  • Project management experience, preferably in new product development projects
  • Experience in working in a QMS regulated environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing technical and non-technical stakeholders
