Job Title: Lead System Verification and Validation

At BD Kiestra, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead System Verification and Validation professional to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading system verification and validation activities for sophisticated projects, ensuring compliance with medical device regulations and Agile system engineering standard methodologies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing system validation strategies and principles
  • Building and executing system validation plans and summary reports
  • Managing risk and CAPA activities
  • Collaborating with project leads, test engineers, developers, and functional analysts
  • Ensuring accurate use of tools and systems
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in verification and validation, preferably in a medical device, pharma, or biotech environment.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Project management experience in new product development projects
  • Experience working in a QMS regulated environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record of implementing change and influencing stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and scheduling skills
