Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director, Global Rewards and People Experience to join our team. As a key member of our People Leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our reward strategy, leading our people operations team, and driving business transformation that impacts people and rewards.
Key Responsibilities- Total Rewards Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy for our employee base, including equity plans, compensation, benefits, and variable pay.
- Compensation Framework: Drive a consistent and equitable compensation framework, including job leveling, compensation positioning, variable pay, and incentive schemes.
- Reward Processes Governance: Establish a governance and compliance model for our reward processes, serving as a liaison with our legal team on employment matters.
- Equity Administration: Manage equity administration and communication, preparing future strategies for the evolution of our equity approach.
- Business Transformation: Take a proactive leadership role in business transformation that impacts people and rewards, including autonomous growth, M&A, and joint venture collaborations.
- People Operations: Lead our global people operations team, ensuring flawless execution and compliance, and driving a highly engaging employee service and experience.
- People Analytics: Build out our people analytics functions, creating a data-driven approach to people strategy and progress.
- HR Technology: Strategize on the evolution of our HR technology platforms, building a future-proof, scalable IT infrastructure for our people processes.
- Compensation Domain Expertise: Extensive knowledge (over 8 years) of the compensation domain, including job architecture design, compensation benchmarking, and incentive models.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience in larger transformations and change/growth programs, driving the reward agenda and alignment with the board, executive team, and employees.
- European Experience: Experience working with multiple European countries, understanding local talent trends and demands, and leveraging local people team networks.
- Operational Excellence: Experience driving operational excellence and process optimization, building high-performing teams, and leveraging people's talent and career aspirations.
- Data-Driven: Data-driven and technologically savvy, with experience implementing new HR tech infrastructures.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Start-Up Experience: Ideally experienced and excited about working in start-up or scale-up organizations.
- Industry Knowledge: Up-to-speed with new insights in C&B, trends, and best practices, displaying a drive for change and innovation to keep sennder highly competitive in the talent market.
