About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our team at Soleo. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
