About the Job:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Assistant to join our team at Soleo. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in various tasks, including making appointments, verifying information, and maintaining relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make appointments for sales and account managers with clients
- Verify information and gather data to ensure efficient appointments
- Maintain relationships with clients and invite them to demos, events, or other meetings
- Support the sales team in various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software
- Fluent in Dutch
