As a Logistics Support at Robin Radar Systems, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain process. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering goods on time, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the shipment and delivery of goods from suppliers to Robin and from inventory to clients;
  • Organize shipments with transport companies and monitor all transports to ensure timely pick-up and delivery;
  • Resolve any logistical issues that may arise during transport;
  • Collaborate with Finance and the Quality department, maintain accurate records, and look for optimization opportunities;
  • Provide support during tenders and contract negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate vocational degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a relevant field;
  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination or similar roles;
  • Affinity with a production environment;
  • Self-starter mentality that takes control in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communicator; fluent in English – Dutch considered a plus;
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems;
  • Knowledge of custom clearance processes;
  • Reside in The Netherlands, within commuting distance from The Hague.
