Job Description

As a Logistics Coordinator with International Transport Experience, you will play a key role in the success of our Forwarding Scandinavia department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide vital administrative support to the Forwarding Scandinavia department, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Logistics File Management: Manage the operational follow-up of logistics files, guaranteeing smooth transport processes and timely delivery.
  • Quote Preparation: Craft and send compelling quotes, diligently following up to secure business and drive department growth.
  • CRM Maintenance: Maintain seamless communication within our CRM system, ensuring that all interactions and correspondence are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  • Relationship Management: Drive department growth through effective relationship management and proactive acquisition strategies, including cold calling and emailing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • International Logistics Experience: Experience in road transport or intermodal forwarding, or a logistics background with a passion for learning.
  • Commercial Skills: Sharp commercial instincts and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Administrative Capabilities: Strong administrative capabilities and attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Dutch, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a bonus.
  • Educational Qualifications: Educational level of MBO or HBO, or equivalent experience.
