Compliance Role Overview

At ABN AMRO, we prioritize effective compliance and risk management to protect our bank, clients, and employees. As a Compliance Data Officer, you will be part of our Compliance Office, which leads and drives the Compliance Planning Process, enables capacity management of the Compliance Function, and owns the Function's process and procedure library.

The team supports MT Compliance with vision & strategy development and growing towards an effective compliance operating model. You will translate vision and strategy into actionable goals and measurable outcomes, prioritising initiatives with stakeholder input, and working together with MT and LT Compliance to achieve defined results.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead budget & capacity planning and the analysis of action versus plan.
  • Help to keep abreast of regulatory requirements and market standards/practices with respect to the Compliance Function.
  • Enhance data-driven reporting within the Compliance Function.
Working Environment

An effective compliance culture, programme, and Compliance Function are essential for ABN AMRO's license to operate. The COO enforces universal, coherent global standards and processes for all distinguished building blocks of the Compliance Programme.

As a Compliance Data Officer, you will have the opportunity to broaden and deepen your knowledge on all key building blocks of the Compliance Function and build an extensive network of stakeholders in Compliance across the globe.
