About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Data Officer to join our team at ABN AMRO. As a key member of our Compliance Operations Office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of compliance risks across our global operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead budget and capacity planning, as well as analyze action versus plan. You will also be responsible for helping to keep abreast of regulatory requirements and market standards/practices with respect to the Compliance Function, and inspiring solutions for continuous improvement.

In addition, you will enhance data-driven reporting within the Compliance Function, working closely with our Compliance Risk Management, Methodology and Oversight, Compliance Risk Analytics and Reporting, and Compliance Office teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead budget and capacity planning for the Compliance Function
  • Analyze action versus plan to ensure effective compliance risk management
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and market standards/practices
  • Develop solutions for continuous improvement
  • Enhance data-driven reporting within the Compliance Function
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of data and ability to interpret large data sets
  • Experience working with Excel
  • Ability to work in a complex stakeholder environment
  • Initiative and leadership skills
  • Continuous learning and improvement mindset
  • Background in Risk, Analytics, Compliance, or Consulting
