About the Role

This Payroll Optimization Specialist position offers a competitive salary range of 4000 to 5500 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). You will have the possibility to grow outside this scale by exceeding performance expectations.

As part of our EMEA Accounting team, you will work closely with other financial functions and HR departments. Your responsibilities will include setting up payrolls in new countries, analyzing operational KPIs, and identifying improvements.

You will act as the subject matter expert on compliance, fiscal, and labor law, working closely with the Payroll Capability Owner and other experts from HR, IT, and Finance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of international Payroll experience
  • Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent level of work experience
  • Fiscal knowledge
  • Experience working with global Payroll providers
  • An excellent command of the English language, other languages are a plus
  • Ability to zoom in on local payroll details and out to the global process level
  • Advanced analytical skills, such as using Excel to analyze data between different HR and payroll systems
