As a Payroll Improvement Specialist at Vanderlande, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to optimizing payroll processes worldwide.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Improvement Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in international payroll management, with a strong understanding of fiscal regulations and compliance requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Setting up payrolls in new countries within the Vanderlande scope
  • Analyzing operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Liaising with local payroll teams, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in international payroll management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with global payroll providers and systems

**Benefits**

This position offers a competitive salary range of €4,000 to €5,500 gross per month, excluding holiday allowance. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
