Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating international shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Preparing and issuing customs documentation using dedicated software.
- Optimizing logistics processes and seeking cost-effective transportation solutions.
- Communicating with suppliers and internal teams about customs documentation requirements.
- Upholding Saipem's health, safety, quality, and environmental policies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- MBO-level education in transport or customs.
- 1-2 years of experience in transport, customs, or port operations.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with additional languages a plus.
- Proficient in SAP and customs documentation.
- Knowledge of INCO terms and export procedures.
