About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Netherlands. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying future leads, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to drive business growth
  • Manage sales activities, including communication with vendors and customers
  • Setup and manage recruitment and enablement campaigns
  • Evaluate the portfolio and approach of the reseller and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or business development in the IT sector
  • Knowledge of new technology products and solutions, as well as understanding of the Dutch market and global trends
  • Strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to cold call and acquire new clients
  • Native Dutch language skills and fluency in English
  • Ability to build and maintain new relationships with stakeholders and customers
