Job Description

The successful candidate will be assigned to the Programme and Project Control Service, where they will be responsible for controlling and reporting all aspects of a busy Division covering Technology, Laboratories, Activities, Manpower planning, Travel budget planning, and End of Year Budget landing point predictions on a selected Programme at Department Level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control and report on all aspects of the Division, including Technology, Laboratories, Activities, and Manpower planning.
  • Plan and manage Travel budgets and End of Year Budget landing point predictions on a selected Programme at Department Level.
  • Contribute to a continuous process improvement, regular interfacing with line management, stakeholders, and dedicated Service Providers, following up specific actions and performing analysis.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent, or MBA or equivalent University degree from a recognized Institution of secondary studies, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 4 years relevant experience, such as Project Controller, is required.
  • Ability to readily assimilate and coordinate input data and providing timely output.
  • Reliability, rigor, and initiative in the execution of the assigned tasks.
  • Excellent analytical, organization, and reporting skills together with a proactive attitude to solving problems and proficiency with IT tools.
  • Previous experience working with SAP.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
