About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team at Instagrid. As a Senior Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing for our customers. This includes contributing to the set up and execution of our sales strategy within an international team, acquiring a comprehensive, multilocation key account by independently identifying important contacts, and maintaining contacts within your key accounts to grow a sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing for our customers
  • Contributing to the set up and execution of our sales strategy within an international team
  • Acquiring a comprehensive, multilocation key account by independently identifying important contacts
  • Maintaining contacts within your key accounts to grow a sales pipeline
  • Fostering a community and building relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers
  • Providing valuable insights on trends, customer needs, sales, products, and marketing
  • Either a business or an engineering degree
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, ideally in B2B high-quality hardware products
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills and techniques
  • Experience in coordinating and organizing a national sales team
  • High degree of customer orientation and professional appearance
  • Professional communication skills in Dutch and English
