A Day in the Life
As a key member of the Operations Team within Digital Technologies, you will work with stakeholders to ensure our released product structure is managed, maintained, and available to the customer-facing organisation at all times.
Responsibilities
- Provide Commercial Operations coordination and support to the Digital Technologies Business Unit and stakeholders across Medtronic.
- Maintain and manage the released product infrastructure for the Business Unit.
- Support the creation and maintenance of operating mechanisms and procedures within Digital Technologies.
- Monitor program/project/system status, budgets, and timelines, in relation to commercial operations projects, programs, or initiatives.
- Apply knowledge and experience in commercial operations to assist in the development, implementation, and administration of program/system guidelines, procedures, and policies.
- Gather and compile information for reports as required.
- Provide technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking, and collation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Operations, Project Management, or Commercial Operations experience.
- Medical device industry experience in commercial operations, commercial enablement, commercial governance, or supply chain functions.
