About the Role

The Campus Events team at ING is seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that ING is positioned as a top employer in the Young Professionals market by organizing in-house recruitment activities and external events with partners such as student associations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze the needs of ING and the Young Professional target audience to develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Organize events to position ING as an attractive employer, including in-house days, workshops, lunch lectures, and presentations
  • Collaborate with ING teams to advise and prepare colleagues for events and inform them about talent attraction
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to appeal to students and young professionals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Human Resources
  • Experience in organizing events or an affinity with event planning
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
  • Flexibility due to the nature of this role
