UX Designer

About the Opportunity

Worldline is a leading innovator in the payments technology industry, shaping how the world pays and gets paid. Our Product Management department within Merchant Services E-Commerce Payments Global develops and manages our Global Collect product portfolio. The UX Design team is part of this department, working closely with various teams and stakeholders to define and improve the user experience for our products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct design sprints and UX sessions to drive positive change and innovation.
• Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform UX strategies.
• Translate business requirements into insightful UX strategies based on data-driven user research.
• Create user stories, personas, and storyboards to visualize the user experience.
• Define the information architecture and develop wireframes and prototypes to bring designs to life.
• Collaborate with other designers and relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless design execution.

Requirements

• Experience as a UX Designer in an international environment.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and working with Scrum teams and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Sophisticated skills in using Figma, prototyping tools, HTML, CSS, and AI.
• Experience in the full UX journey and ability to perform effectively in each stage.
• Strong communication and visualization skills, with good communication skills in English.
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands and availability for 32-40 hours per week.
• An online portfolio showing your work, which you can share upon application.
