Join Worldline's Product Management Team as a UX Designer

Worldline is a leading provider of payment and transactional services, and we're looking for a talented UX Designer to join our Product Management team. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for our products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and improve our offerings.

About the Role

We're seeking a UX Designer with a passion for creating user-centered designs that drive business results. You will be responsible for conducting design sprints, user research, and competitor analysis to inform your design decisions. You will also work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable design strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct design sprints and UX sessions to gather user insights and inform design decisions
  • Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Translate business requirements into insightful UX strategies based on data-driven user research
  • Create user stories, personas, and storyboards to communicate design concepts
  • Define the information architecture and develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize design ideas
  • Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and quality
Requirements

We're looking for a UX Designer with a strong portfolio and experience in user research, usability testing, and design tools like Figma. You should be able to work effectively in a Scrum team environment and have excellent communication and visualization skills. Fluency in English is a must, and you should be eligible to work in the Netherlands.
