We are Ahold Delhaize, a global family of caring brands, and we're looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our Supervisory Board. As a key member of our Company Secretariat, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our top-level decision-making processes.

About the Role

As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and members of the Supervisory Board. Your duties will include:

  • Managing meeting processes and ensuring timely distribution of materials
  • Supporting the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
  • Stakeholder management and administrative tasks

  • A gross annual salary between €38,000 and €50,000, including holiday allowance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as Legal Secretary or Executive Assistant, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro
  • A high level of discretion and strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality
  • Strong motivation, a proactive attitude, and the ability to initiate problem-solving
  • Self-management skills, including prioritization and workload management
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Customer orientation and strong follow-up skills
