About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Company Secretary in ensuring good, transparent, and efficient meeting and decision-making processes at the top level of the primary decision-making bodies of Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize N.V.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and members of the Supervisory Board
  • Manage meeting processes and distribute meeting materials
  • Provide administrative support to the Company Secretary and Deputy Company Secretary
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including members of the Supervisory Board, Management Board, and Executive Committee
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
What We Offer
  • Gross annual salary between 38,000 and 50,000 euro, including holiday allowance
