Strategic Portfolio Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Portfolio Manager to join our Program Management Office (PMO) at ASML. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving effective decision making on all levels as a trusted advisor of the Product Development Manager and his cross-sectoral Product Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing and improving project (program) standards and processes, e.g. related to project planning, financial management, product generation process, reporting, change control, risk management, and quality.
- Providing guidance during the financial forecasting (budget) process and proactively assisting regular financial management and reporting.
- Growing people and the team competences of PMO and ASML's Project Management community, e.g. by driving, participating, leading, and implementing cross-PMO improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- Experience with MS Project Online or a similar tool.
- Experience in leading a team and individual people is a preference.
- Excellent communicator, being able to influence without hierarchical power, and creative in managing a large and diverse range of stakeholders.
- Team player, enjoys working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams with the ability to work independently.
