* Coordinate the recruitment and training of drivers, dispatchers, and logistics support staff.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report transport performance to senior management.
* Stay up to date with changes in transport laws and regulations, making necessary adjustments to company operations.
Requirements:
* At least two years of experience in a transport management role, particularly within the logistics or e-commerce delivery sectors.
* Successfully passed the exams from the Dutch Traffic Exam Institute (CCV) and holds a professional transport management certificate (Vakbekwaamheid).
* Native Dutch speaker with excellent command of both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
* Strong knowledge of Dutch transport regulations, vehicle maintenance, safety standards, and fleet management practices.
* Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
