Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Associate to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Data Associate, you will work with text, speech, and other types of data, attaching tags to the contents at scale. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality labeled data and content, leveraging guidelines to meet specific key performance indicators, and using in-house tools and software.

  • Deliver high-quality labeled data and content, leveraging guidelines to meet specific key performance indicators, and using in-house tools and software.
  • Report issues and insights about data, tools, and software to the development team when necessary.
  • Provide feedback for improvements to existing processes that can increase labeling throughput and quality of our product.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all applicable Amazon policies for securing confidential information.
Requirements
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in Dutch.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Preferred: Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
About the Role

The team works strictly in the office Monday through Friday with an eight-hour shift and two breaks half an hour each. We have to work with several customers and types of work each week, so there are frequent changes in our daily work. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our processing capabilities and deliver the best product possible to our customers. Regular team meetings, trainings, and Amazon events throughout the year await you.
