Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to provide support for our HR functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personnel records, scheduling interviews and orientations, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage personnel records, including employee data, benefits, and payroll information.
  • Schedule interviews and orientations for new employees.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration, including processing benefits enrollments and terminations.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee files and databases.
  • Prepare vacancies, offer letters, and contracts for new employees.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including advising employees on eligibility and providing application information.
  • Document and track HR actions, including completing forms, reports, and records.
  • Schedule meetings and handle UWV and insurance processes.

About Us: The International Health Centre The Hague is a dynamic medical centre that offers primary, paramedical, pharmaceutical, dental, and medical specialist care. We have a unique international character, with approximately 135 staff and 35 nationalities, and English as well as other languages widely spoken across the GP, Polyclinic, Prevention, Patient Relations, Pharmacy, and Dentistry departments.
