Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrative Assistant to join our team at NIBC. This role will be responsible for performing various financial administrative tasks, including preparing, processing, and registering incoming invoices, as well as ensuring timely payment and collection of outstanding balances.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify and reconcile vendor statements to ensure all payments are up-to-date.
- Prepare payment instructions and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Reconcile discrepancies in accounts and resolve billing issues.
- Generate and send out invoices to clients accurately and timely.
Your Team
The Financial Administrative Assistant will be part of the Financial Control team within NIBC's Accounting, Reporting & Tax department. You will be located in our head office in The Hague and will work closely with our team to achieve our goals.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a diploma in the administrative field (MBO4 level) and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. You will also need to have excellent administrative skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
