Product Scheduling Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Scheduling Supervisor to join our team at LyondellBasell. As a key member of our Operations Planning department, you will be responsible for leading the Product Scheduling I&D PO&D EU team and ensuring the accurate and timely execution of the Product Scheduling process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Product Scheduling process for I&D EU, including production, distribution network, and product replenishment in Europe.
- Translate the VOP/MSP into an optimized 30-day rolling scheduling plan.
- Coordinate and monitor the execution of the 30-day schedule.
- Manage inventory by product and location within the targets agreed by business management and operations planning.
- Maintain relevant supply chain data in SAP for reporting and decision-making.
- Coordinate the timely execution of the Month End Close and support internal and external audits.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain management and inventory control. You should have a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex supply chain processes. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive business results.
Requirements
- University/college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- IT capabilities (SAP, MS Office).
- Minimum of 6 years in Supply Chain or similar role.
- Proven skills as Super User within the product scheduling area.
- General knowledge of supply chain and inventory management concepts.
- Experience with INCOTERMS, Supplier Declarations, and TAX & VAT rules is preferred.
- English language is required, Dutch and/or French is an advantage.
