Job Title: Supervisor Product Scheduling

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor Product Scheduling to join our team at LyondellBasell. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the Product Scheduling process for our I&D EU (PO, Glycols, Glycol Ethers, BDO & der., Isobutylene, TBHP & Acetyls) product group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the accurate and timely execution of the Product Scheduling process for I&D EU.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all Product Scheduling I&D EU related issues.
  • Participate in actual day-to-day Product Scheduling activities, including production, distribution network, and product replenishment in Europe.
  • Translate the VOP/MSP into an optimized 30-day rolling scheduling plan.
  • Coordinate and monitor the execution of the 30-day schedule.
  • Manage inventory by product and location within the targets agreed by business management and operations planning.
  • Maintain relevant supply chain data in SAP for reporting and quick decision-making.
  • Coordinate the timely execution of the Month End Close and support internal and external audits.
Requirements:
  • University/college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • IT capabilities (SAP, MS Office).
  • Minimum of 6 years in Supply Chain or similar role.
  • Proven skills as Super User within the product scheduling area.
  • General knowledge of supply chain and inventory management concepts.
  • Experience with INCOTERMS, Supplier Declarations, and TAX & VAT rules is preferred.
  • English language is required, Dutch and/or French is an advantage.
