Job Description:

The CRM Direct Marketing & Automation Lead is a key role within our organization, responsible for developing and executing direct marketing strategies to drive short-term business objectives (traffic & sales) as well as long-term objectives (marketing permissions, customer retention & reactivation, customer experience, customer engagement & loyalty).

In this role, you will manage numerous stakeholders (Campaigning, Category Management, Category Marketing, E-commerce, Pricing, Legal & Compliance, international teams, ...) and technical tools with intricate challenges (database systems, email tools, app notifications tool, , and customer data (profiling, data quality, segmentation, ...), ensuring knowledge and respect of privacy & GDPR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute direct marketing strategies
  • Analyze and segment customer data
  • Plan, execute, report, analyze, and optimize campaigns
  • Manage tech stack and utilize data analytics tools
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in CRM, customer lifecycle management, customer base management
  • Expertise in CRM industry, advocating best practices
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation techniques and A/B testing experience
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage global and local stakeholders
  • Results-driven, able to translate data into insights and actions
  • Team player, able to collaborate with different departments
  • Excellent language skills in English and Dutch/French
  • Experience in retail marketing is a plus

Estimated Salary Range:

€60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
