Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least two years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on issues and providing solutions
Requirements:
