Job DescriptionMixologist - De Plesman Restaurant Suus

You will be responsible for crafting impeccable drinks, utilizing precise measurement systems, and collaborating with the Restaurant Manager to create an exclusive beverage experience.

  • Create refreshing cocktails and beverages using precise measurement techniques;
  • Contribute to the development of a unique drink menu with the Restaurant Manager;
  • Maintain a pristine bar area, ensuring it's always ready for service;
  • Prepare fresh garnishes for each drink order;
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering timely and attentive service.
RequirementsRequirements for Mixologist - De Plesman Restaurant Suus

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A genuine passion for mixology and experimentation with new flavors;
  • Strong creativity and adaptability to stay ahead of industry trends;
  • Prior bartending experience, preferably with advanced cocktail knowledge;
  • Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays;
  • Fluent English language skills;
  • Residency in or near The Hague.
