Job Title: Global Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Global Marketing Director to lead our international marketing team at NLwerkt.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a global marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives. This will involve conducting market research to identify opportunities and challenges in different regions, managing the global marketing budget, and ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global marketing strategy that drives growth and enhances brand recognition.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in different regions.
  • Manage the global marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all markets.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials and campaigns that reflect our brand identity and values.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, events, and social media.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
  • Lead and guide a diverse marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to market growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, incorporating best practices into our marketing strategy.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify and manage potential risks associated with marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
