About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Global Marketing Director to lead our international marketing team at EDCO. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving our marketing strategies, enhancing brand recognition, and ensuring consistent communication across all markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a global marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives, conducting market research to identify opportunities and challenges in different regions, and managing the global marketing budget.
  • Brand and Licensing Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all markets, overseeing the development of marketing materials and campaigns that reflect our brand identity and values.
  • Campaign/Go-to-Market Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, events, and social media, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, and adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and guide a diverse marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration, and working with regional sales managers to ensure local trade shopper marketing aligns with the global strategy.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to market growth, and develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI, and stay updated on industry trends and innovations, incorporating best practices into our marketing strategy.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and industry standards, and identify and manage potential risks associated with marketing initiatives.
