Business Analyst Credits Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst Credits to join our team at ABN Amro. As a Business Analyst Credits, you will play a crucial role in designing and improving our digital end-to-end lending processes. Your expertise will help us modernize our technology and make data available 24/7, ensuring seamless administration and configuration for new requirements.
As a key member of our Credits Facility Management team, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, Contracting, Risk, and other Credit-related teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Analysing services, business processes, information/process flows, user and system requirements to identify opportunities.
- Translating product roadmap features into concrete user stories by identifying and prioritizing technical and functional requirements.
- Creating visuals and clear documentation to develop a shared understanding of the topic and improve organizational learning.
- Supporting implementation, helping the development team to deliver quality by collaborating on test design and user acceptance tests.
We are looking for a self-starter with a critical eye and a positive attitude. You should have a solid understanding of Credit Lifecycle processes and Credit Facility Management. Your ability to identify solution options and present advice to stakeholders in a convincing and structured manner is essential. About the TeamYou will be part of our DevOps team within the Credit Facility Management delivery streams. About the Benefits- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
- Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
- An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
