About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at ABN AMRO. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the best suited credit solutions for our clients, within the bank's moderate risk profile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the impact of opted solutions and progress of delivery on ABN AMRO's change agenda, overall compliance status
  • Assess finance and risk requirements, set framework and regulatory content, and orchestrate relevant stakeholders
  • Advise grids and business on design and architecture of compliant and feasible solutioning
  • Ensure delivery of a strategic view on the progress of execution and impact of deliverables on findings
  • Prepare management decision-making in clear presentations
About You
  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in business economics/accounting
  • You have excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • You have at least a couple of years of relevant experience, with a strongly developed risk mindset following the first line of defence principle
  • You have affinity with lending, regulations, change and credit risk
  • You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and change-driven, thriving in a high-performance environment
