About the Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Credit and Change team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the best suited credit solutions for our clients, within our moderate risk profile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the impact of opted solutions and progress of delivery on our change agenda, overall compliance status
  • Assess finance and risk requirements, set frameworks and regulatory content, and orchestrate relevant stakeholders
  • Advise grids and business on design and architecture for compliant and feasible solutioning
  • Ensure delivery of a strategic view on progress of execution and impact of deliverables on findings
  • Prepare management decision-making in clear presentations
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in business economics/accounting
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a strongly developed risk mindset following the first line of defence principle
  • Affinity with lending, regulations, change and credit risk
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and change-driven, thriving in a high-performance environment
  • Pragmatic, hands-on, and proactive approach, with a strong ability to simplify and make things practical
  • Familiarity with working in the banking sector

  • The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget
  • The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits

  • Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000
