About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Risk Regulatory Change Domain Lead to join our team at ABN AMRO. As a key member of our Credit Risk Change & Control department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our credit risk profile is safeguarded and that we meet our regulatory requirements.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating and implementing regulatory change topics, working closely with our regulators ECB/DNB, and representing Credit Risk in internal projects. You will also lead a team of +/- 5 FTE, coordinating activities alongside change- and business as usual colleagues across the Bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Credit Risk in setting requirements and monitoring the implementation of regulatory change topics
  • Coordinate On-Site Inspections, deep dives, and periodic submission of finding remediations with our regulators
  • Represent Credit Risk in internal projects to deliver remediations and further improvements to our credit risk lifecycle
  • Lead a team of +/- 5 FTE, coordinating activities alongside change- and business as usual colleagues
Requirements
  • More than 12 years' relevant experience in the financial sector and specifically credit risk
  • Extensive demonstrable experience with and knowledge of Credit Risk specific regulation and its implementation
  • Experience in working on regulatory requirements and deliverables, ideally also having interacted directly with regulators
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey a compelling story and convince stakeholders
