About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Regulatory Change Expert to join our team at ABN Amro. As a key member of our Credit Risk Change & Control department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our credit risk profile is safeguarded for generations to come.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Credit Risk department in setting requirements, monitoring, and coordinating the implementation of regulatory change topics.
  • Focus on the ESG and CER areas, with the flexibility to take on secondary assignments in other scope areas.
  • Analyze the impact of internal and external developments on current and potential risks for the strategic objectives of the bank.
  • Implement associated requirements and supervise to ensure regulatory aspects are adhered to.
Working Environment

You will join a team of 27 professionals with extensive experience in credit risk management, project management, change management, and consulting. Our working environment is informal, open, and supportive of one another.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) with 5+ years of professional corporate working experience in Credit Risk, EBA/EU-related regulations, or ESG / CER.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to balance priorities to ensure alignment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with diverse perspectives.

  • Gross monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
