About the Role

ABN AMRO is seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Regulatory Change Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Credit Risk Change & Control department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our credit risk landscape changes are implemented within the Credit Risk Function and the broader Bank, in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Credit Risk in setting requirements and monitoring and coordinating the implementation of regulatory change topics.
  • Interact with regulators ECB/DNB, coordinating On-Site Inspections, conducting deep dives, and periodically submitting findings for remediation.
  • Represent Credit Risk in internal projects aimed at delivering these remediations and improving our credit risk lifecycle.
  • Broaden your scope and take on a secondary assignment in one of the different areas within the Change & Control department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) with 8+ years of relevant experience in working on regulatory requirements and deliverables, ideally also having interacted directly with regulators.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage (parts of) projects independently.
  • Risk-aware and focused on quality, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to effectively balance priorities to ensure alignment.
What We Offer
  • Gross monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
