About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Lead to join our team at FrieslandCampina. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading technical projects in a multidisciplinary systems context with external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in System Engineering, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading technical projects in a multidisciplinary systems context.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
