Job Description

At Hunkemöller, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Content Strategist to lead our social media campaigns and drive brand engagement.

We are looking for someone who can create and execute innovative digital content strategies that align with our brand's overall objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing successful social media campaigns, growing and expanding our social media presence, and ensuring a positive customer engagement experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital content strategies across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, and Instagram.
  • Create actionable plans to maintain a high level of engagement and grow followers through key social media platforms.
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, ensuring a positive customer engagement and customer service experience.
  • Monitor social channels using Meltwater, Radarly, and other tools, working closely with customer service to effectively manage community engagement.
  • Ensure progress on all platforms by utilizing relevant analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Plan and schedule content through scheduling tools, ensuring a cohesive storyline across all consumer-facing channels.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar, which includes monthly KPIs, objectives, and key initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital content strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and scheduling software.
