Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Marketing Manager to join our team at STERIS. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the BeNeLux, CH/AT, and Dealer markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies
  • Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving desired outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in commercial marketing and business development
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and expansion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in marketing automation and data analysis tools
