Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Salary: €4500 gross per month
About the Position:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing food and beverage operations in a high-end hotel environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing food and beverage strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Leading a team of F&B staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Managing inventory, purchasing, and controlling costs
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a high level of customer service
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best deals for the hotel
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Food and Beverage Manager who can lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 4 years of experience in a management role within F&B
- Previous experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants
- Experience managing different outlets and leading a team
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control
- Excellent leadership and commercial skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- WSET certification and international hotel experience
- Passion for Mediterranean food and mixology, with a strong understanding of the local market
- Fluency in English, with Dutch as a plus
