Information Security Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Operations Manager to join our team at ABN Amro. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our information security posture, including Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems and Key Management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the security operations team and vendors, ensuring the protection of our information assets.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, anti-malware solutions, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
- Coordinate and manage the response to security incidents, including detection, containment, eradication, and recovery activities.
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the IAM program.
- Ensure proper access controls are in place and enforced across all systems and applications.
- Manage IAM processes, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and role-based access control.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to identity and access management.
- Responsible for the lifecycle management of cryptographic keys used in payment transactions.
- Manages specific software and hardware related to cryptographic keys and the associated processes.
- Ensures security around the production of credit cards.
- Collaborates with a card production company for this purpose.
- Provides memos with advice on cryptographic issues for the business.
- Manages inventory of the "plastic" used in the production of various credit cards.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in security operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Extensive knowledge of IAM systems, security operations, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
