Overview

PM Group, an employee-owned international project delivery firm with a team of 3,600+ people, is seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor for a large-scale construction project in the Boxmeer region.

Responsibilities
  • Safety: Promote compliance with Construction Safety & Health Plan and Environmental Management plans, intervene directly in unsafe situations, coach workforce in best safety practices, prioritize safety and health of all site personnel, complete regular audits and inspections, and participate in weekly safety meetings.
  • Scope: Be familiar with contract scope, technical documentation package, contract price details, and fabrication/supply/construction programme.
  • Coordination: Monitor day-to-day site activities of Contractors, ensure completion of contracts in terms of safety, quality, schedule, cost, and documentation, participate in weekly meetings, lookahead meetings, and coordination meetings.
  • Quality: Monitor implementation of Contractors' Quality plan, conduct daily inspections, witness tests or inspections, keep QA/QC manager informed on quality matters, track and review contractors' technical RFI's, submittals, purchases, and refer to QA/QC manager or Field Engineering team for input/resolution/approvals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the Construction Sector
  • Bachelor degree or exceptionally strong trades' background
  • Significant experience of E&I roles on active construction projects
  • Experience of complex life-science or mission critical projects essential
