Supply Chain Cost Manager for High-Tech Industries

At ASML, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Cost Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing supply chain costs in close cooperation with Central and Regional teams.

Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description

We are looking for a professional with 4-9 years of experience in Customer Support and/or Supply Chain to manage supply chain costs effectively. The ideal candidate should have a Master/Bachelor degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or supply chain, and strong IT and data skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and preferably Spotfire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supply chain costs in close cooperation with Central and Regional teams
  • Provide detailed (event-) cost analyses
  • Provide monthly cost and KPI reporting
  • Drive data quality and accuracy improvements
  • Support cost reduction initiatives
  • Develop detailed cost reduction roadmaps and monitor progress
  • Identify, drive, and implement process improvements within CP NXE UIR and between departments
  • Provide input for yearly budgeting cycle (TAP) and Long Term Financial Planning (LTFP)
  • Prepare (cost-) reviews for Senior Management together with the CP NXE UIR staff

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in analytics and project management
  • A minimum of at least five years' experience in cost estimating
  • Preferable experience with facilities for high-tech industries
  • Experience balancing and organizing multiple projects or assignments
  • Strong IT and data skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and preferably Spotfire
  • Working knowledge of progress measurement methods and understanding of earned value system
  • Open mindset, and willingness to do more with data
  • Ability to present technical information in simple, non-technical terms
  • Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined, and commercially astute
  • A team player with a 'can-do' attitude
  • A self-starter
