About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Sustainability Reporting & Assurance team at KPMG-Netherlands. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading large-scale sustainability assurance and reporting projects for top-tier national and international clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams of dedicated ESG professionals in delivering high-quality sustainability assurance and reporting services to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their sustainability needs and develop tailored solutions to address these needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in sustainability assurance and reporting, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our services.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership and content on sustainability assurance and reporting topics.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in assurance and/or ESG, preferably with a background in sustainability reporting and assurance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams and developing talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply technical knowledge to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client service.
