We are seeking a highly skilled Data Lead Asset Management to join our team at Royal Schiphol Group.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned data professional to drive transformation and innovation in the Asset Management domain. As a Data Lead, you will be responsible for accelerating data-driven decision-making across the organization.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Deep expertise in data management, analytics, and innovation, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a data-centric role.
- A proven track record of leading teams, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership position, managing multiple scrum teams.
- Experience with data-driven transformation, product management, and product ownership.
- Familiarity with fact-based performance management, using KPIs and OKRs.
- A Master's degree or higher in a business or STEM-related field, preferably with additional education focused on transformation.
Your Benefits:
- An estimated monthly salary of € 5,377 to € 7,558 (scale 14).
- An 8.33% fixed allowance at the end of the year.
